The need for integrating demand and supply reduction strategies is the focus of the first chapter of the Annual Report of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB). The Report will also review worldwide illegal drug manufacture, trafficking and abuse trends. The change in the Dutch cannabis policy, drug trafficking on the Internet, diversion of key chemicals used in the manufacture of illicit drugs and the drug abuse situation in Africa are also among the highlights of the Report.
 
The report will be presented in English.
